Are you seeing any problems with the embedded dashboard? If the dashboard is working as expected and your users are not running into problems I’m not sure that there will be a specific fix.
That being said, a something similar came up in the past for the Q search bar:
I would recommend going directly to AWS with a support ticket. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf.
