System error, size limit exceeded

Good afternoon.

I’m building a very large table visual and in the process of doing that I got this error " System error, size limit exceeded

This action could not be performed because the size of the request is too large. To resolve this issue, try removing custom filters or calculated fields."

The problem is that when I try and remove fields from the visual, it doesn’t allow me to do that and gives the same error as before “System error…”
Is there a way I can remove those fields and get to keep my table?

To explain better: I’m not allow to remove fields that were already in the visual and I can’t perform any other action on the visual. Does that mean I have to start over and recreate a whole new visual?

Hi @Enlalo

Yes I believe you need to recreate a whole new visual. Quicksight visuals seem to get stuck in error states and the only way around is to recreate a new visual.

I can mark this as a feature request / bug.
