Hello, good afternoon, it is happening to me that I link the Panel ID (for example: e7b40658-a4a2-4891-946b-7e22e8a9da11) in my OpCenter Intelligence for Cloud solution (Siemens) and I get the following error, could someone give me some advice or something? Host application domain needs to be in the allowed list on the QuickSight , so that QuickSight dashboards can be embed.
Could you please follow the steps mentioned in the QuickSight workshop to include the domain in the allowed list .

And another question: how do I have the Administrator role or in this case who would have it?
You might need to check with your organization cloud admin or IT admin , check if you can create an internal IT ticket to get the QuickSight Admin access.
Under Manage QuickSight–>Manage Users we will be able to invite new QuickSight users and specify the Role .
In QuickSight users can be provisioned in multiple ways base on the organization security requirement . Please check the below documentation page for the all the user provisioning options.
