Hi,
we have a very limited SPICE Capacity on our region london ( 20kb), when I check the SPICE Capacity , it shows two graphs ,
1: Total SPICE Capacity (0 bytes)
2: SPICE Usage (19.92KB)
but when I change region ie Sydney it seems to be lot more space, can anyone explain, how is that our region shows a very limited capacity?
thanks
Hi @daniel.mckee2 - Can you please go through the below link to understand SPICE capacity. SPICE capacity is associated with the region.

Thanks , I did take a look but it just didn’t seem to be logical, however thanks for respond , I thought it might be something that I am missing.

Hi @daniel.mckee2 - If you will require more detail information and see what is happening at your account level, please raise a ticket to AWS Customer support team. They will have a screen share session with you and investigate in details. The SPICE memory mentioned in question seems very low to me. To raise a request , please follow the link - Creating support cases and case management - AWS Support
If you do not have access, request your AWS admin team to help you on this.
Please share the details if AWS Customer support provide additional info on this as it will help to wider community forum.

Thanks Sanjeeb , will do
