I have a problem with the rendering of Point Map charts.
They work fine with my account (both in the analysis and in the dashboard), but the most recently created users (either readers or authors) see the following error: “Unable to render chart. Please refresh the page to try again”.
As suggested by this Q&A, I tried switching the base map from satellite Imagery to another option (either streets or light grey canvas) and it solved the problem. However, for my application (agricolture), satellite imagery is crucial.
Any clue on how to solve this? Thank you in advance.
Thank you for letting us know. I would recommend filing a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!
