Here are some issues when I have to use Quick instead of Cedric:
I can’t transfer conversation history from Cedric. No Migrate to Quick button found in Cedric page.
I download conversation history manually and try to upload to Quick space as database for build chat agent. The creation of agent is failed and can not be save. By the way, the chat AI is reply me tons of repeat information during talk.
Since Cedric is an internal chatbot for Amazon, I would recommend reaching out to a respective IT admin to answer any questions/concerns regarding if those capabilities exists.
That is definitely interesting behavior. Just to make sure the conversation history is in a good readable format, try using the default chatbot, adding the document to “Specific data and apps” and ask the same questions to see if it pops up with an error or repeat messages again. If this is still occurring and there does not seem to be anything wrong with the document, I would wait until later to try again in case Quick Suite chat agents are indeed not working temporarily.
