We need to programmatically capture the usage logs of our chats (unique users, number of questions asked). so we want to access the User activity from the topics. Is there any table available? can you built it?

Currently, there are some usage metrics available; however, they are somewhat limited. You can access them by going through Manage account; then, all the way at the bottom left, there are Quick Usage Metrics.

I am not able to see ‘Manage account’. I guess it is a limitation from my company.
