Use parameter as a filter for other fields

Hi Team,

I have a parameter named ‘ParameterReporting’, and a field ‘Reporting_Level’. They both have 3 values,

  • Monthly
  • Weekly
  • Daily

I want to use ‘Reporting_level’ field in filter which gets updated based on Parameter Value - ‘ParameterReporting’.

Currently, the stakeholders need to update both Filter for ‘Reporting_level’ and Parameter Values for ParameterReporting’ as some field as getting updated based on field while other are using Parameter.

Hi Karan ,

Please create a filter from field ‘Reporting_Level’ , and
Edit filter -->>
Filter type – Custom filter
Filter Condition – Equals
Check the checkbox for Use parameters → After this you will get a dialogue asking some random thing, approve that too.
Now Select the parameter --ParameterReporting
Apply filter!
