All bar charts are sorted by total in descending order except for the 1 in red box.
What could be the possible cause?

Have you explored the data being used in this visual to see what the field values are for the points that are showing as out of order? I’d be interested to see what the data says to see how it may be affecting it.
Additionally, is the field you’re using in your group/color and small multiples field a calculated field? If so, could you share?
