Everything I have found says it is possible but it is restricted because then everyone would have access and I would need to get administrator help. The S3 bucket contains public information from a government database that will be updated monthly and I want to make it available to a large number of people to query. I have tried to create a bucket policy to make this work, but it is not. Please let me know if you can help.
Hi @rradam
Welcome to the Quick Suite community!
This could be a permissions issue, Quick Suite must be explicitly granted read access to your S3 bucket, and individual users must be explicitly allowed to create datasets from that bucket.
As this is a public community forum managed by users, we don’t have access to private account details, so we’re unable to assist directly with this request. I kindly suggest reaching out to your AWS account admin or Quick Suite admin, who will be in the best position to help with these permissions.
How do I find out who my AWS Account admin or Quick Site admin are? My AWS account is through Isengard and I am accessing Quick Site through the amazonbi account.

I checked with my manager and he does not have a clue. Could you Slack me to discuss privately?
Hi @rradam
Apologies, this is a public forum managed by users, we would not have the ability to access private accounts/information so we would be unable to assist with this request.
