Hello guys, I’m new to quicksight. I’m going through old quicksight analysis. Only replace and remove option is visible. Why I’m not able to see edit option. Even if I search for this datasets, I can’t able to find those.

Looks like those datasets were shared with you as Viewer. You will see the Edit option if you are the Owner or the datasets where shared with you with Owner permissions.
