Why some of my data in missing in Quicksight dataset?

I’m ingesting my data from an S3 bucket into my dataset in Quick Sight, but it seems some data is missing in Quick Sight when displayed in the dashboard. I’ve checked the source CSV file in the S3 bucket, and it contains all the data. However, when it’s imported into Quick Sight, some records appear to be missing. Given that the CSV file is larger than 1 GB, I can’t easily view or verify all the data directly in Quick Sight. What do you suggest I do to troubleshoot this issue?

Welcome to the Quick Sight community!

Check the SPICE ingestion log. Datasets → your-dataset → Refresh → View error summary, shows every row that skipped and why. Download the CSV (“error-report_…”) for details and counts.

Check SPICE capacity (Admin → Manage Quick Sight → SPICE capacity). If you’re out of space, buy capacity or purge old datasets.
