When clicking the 3 vertical dots in the RTW quicksight usually a box opens that says export to csv or excel, but only a blank white box opens. Ive restarted my PC, had other try on theirs and this has persisted for a couple weeks. Are we tracking to this issue and is their a time-frame we can expect this to resollve?

Would you be referring to a dashboard view or an issue with the analysis? If it’s from an embedded view or dashboard, I would suggest reaching out to the creator of the analysis/dashboard as they may have to toggle an option when publishing.
