Hi,
Has someone tried to move forward a flow or an agent specificaly designed for a site 3P such site Security? Is there any option con Quicksuite for them to acces?
Legal and contract assessment is ongoing however they are bound by an NDA clause in the contract.
Thanks
Hello @ignaccam !
To clarify, are you asking whether a third party can have users with access to just use flows and agents in Quick? Or do you need an integration for flows and agents to a third part site?
Hi Duncan! Yes Option 1, a 3P with approved users to access flows or agents
@ignaccam Got it!
I think you should create a namespace to isolate the third party company in your account.
Then when you could create their users (probably just create a user group and add their users to it) and create granular access via the console or CLI for that user group to only have permissions to Flows and agents in Quick. You could try using the AWS Policy generator to build the policy. Fair warning, I have not personally done this for Flows/Agents so I can’t speak to troubleshooting this set up.
Hi @ignaccam
Following up since it’s been a while since the last update on this thread. Were you able to try the suggestions above, and did it resolve the issue for you?
Please let us know if you have any further questions. If we don’t hear back within the next 3 business days, I’ll go ahead and mark this as resolved.
Thank you.
Hi Duncan, I realized after doing a test that the 3P personal can have access to the chat agent once shared
