I created a chat agent, but I’m unable to add people or share the link. When I go to type their name, alias, or a TEAM name, nothing comes up.
How do I grant access to others?

Can you try adding their email address in the search bar and check if it works?
It just says “no users or groups found”

Please check with Quick Suite admin to get their group name or email address of user to share.
Hi, the current way i see is to first make the recipient login to quicksuite first (mine is non-amazonbi account). Only then their name shows up in the box when you try to share.

You can share it with a Quick Suite group. You have to create a group within Quick: → Manage Account → Manage groups
