I’m setting up a chat agent for our office hours program and running into a sharing issue. Right now I can only add users one by one, which doesn’t really work since this needs to be open to anyone who wants to book a session. I found some group like when searching like “ISS” and “iss-all” but these are not working, I’ve shared the link with some peers and they don’t have access. Do you know how to make an agent accessible to everyone without manually adding each person? Or what group I should use?

You’re on the right path with groups. the easiest way to share an asset without inputting each individual user, would be through the use of a group. You’ll need to add the users’ to the group; however it will save time in future scenarios as if you want to share anything in the future with an entire team, you can just add it to the group and they will gain access.
In regards to your organization’s current setup regarding groups, I would be unable to provide suggestions on what existing group to use or not as I do not have access to your account or knowledge into what those groups are currently used for. I would suggest reaching out internally to get more information about the current groups and if they serve a broader audience.
