I want to share access of my chat agent to bulk user. I am unable to create a group in amazon quick. I am using amazonbi as user account. How can i create group to provide bulk access of my chat agent.

From what I know, groups are really the only way to give bulk access of a Quick Asset. To create a group, you to go manage account → manage groups (under the identify portion on the left-hand side panel) → then here will be where you can create and manage groups. If you do not have access to create a group, then I can only suggest that you reach out to your account admin to either create the group of give you the right permissions.
