I want to know a visual where date is x axis, and I want show three bars for firstname, middlename and lastname, and that too needs to be grouped by person id, is there any visuals which allows to add field in group by even if there are 3 fields in bars

To answer your question at a high level, no you can not have multiple fields in the group by field well of a bar chart. You could try using small multiples depending on how many people you are measuring this for.
