I am working with defects data using waterfall chart, but this chart do shows delta value while using breakdown. Is there any possibility of showing the actual counts?

Quick Sight waterfall charts display delta values (the change between steps), not the direct counts, when using the breakdown field. This behavior is by design and reflects the fundamental logic of waterfall charts. If you require displaying exact counts, consider using a different chart type such as a bar chart or table visual.
