Automated Slack and Outlook Messages not running

I’m building a flow that generates a report and sends it automatically each morning via a schedule. However, every time the flow reaches the final step (sending the message), it prompts me to manually confirm before sending. I’ve tried both Slack and Outlook as the delivery channel and get the same behavior.

A few things I’ve already checked:

  • All of my runs are configured as scheduled runs, not manual — yet the flow still pauses for confirmation, stating it’s “configured to ask.”
  • I do not see any toggle or setting within the scheduled run configuration to disable the confirmation requirement.
  • I also don’t see any configuration options on the website to adjust permissions or behavior for my connected Outlook or Slack integrations.

Is there a way to allow scheduled flows to send messages fully automatically without requiring manual confirmation at the send step?

Hi @gadtanis,

Welcome to the Quick Community! I answered a poster who had a similar question to yours here, and based on what I have seen through Quick web and outside documentation, I am not sure if it is currently possible to auto-send messages through Flows.

A workaround I would recommend for now is to look into utilizing Quick Desktop, as I you know you can auto-approve message sending (whether Slack or Outlook) through there.

Hope this helps!
