Are you using SPICE or Direct query to access your dataset? If you are using Direct Query, Dashboard can display the content in your dataset as the data gets changed in the source. If SPICE is used, this section of userguide provides guidance on scheduling refresh.

@awsvig I am using direct query but I need data to be automatically refreshed in 10 seconds
