As this is a public user forum, we do not have access to your specific account, but to determine how often a dataset refreshes you can
1.) Go to the Data tab:
2.) Click on the dataset that you want to check (in this case, it would be one you’re using for this dashboard).
3.) Click the ‘Refresh’ tab.
4.) You then have the options to ‘Refresh Now’ or set up a ‘Add New Schedule’ and you can then determine how often your data refreshes.

You configure it yourself. It can refresh as often as every 15 minutes or as infrequently as monthly, depending on your needs. If you use direct query mode instead of SPICE, the data is always live.
To check and manage your SPICE data and refresh schedules, go to Quick console, select Datasets, pick your dataset, and you’ll see the refresh schedule settings and SPICE capacity usage there.
