Can't access quick sight; given error message

Hi – I am unable to access quick sight. when I follow the link, I get the following error message

Can you try logging into Quick Sight through the AWS console and see if you are still getting the same error? Additionally, another option you can try is submitting a support ticket and the support team will be able to further investigate in your issue. Hi – I submitted a support ticket through the link you provided and never heard back. Could you explain what you mean by signing in to Quick Sight through the AWS console. How would I do that?
