Conditional Formatting to an adjacent column (Pivot Table)

Hello,

I’m trying to highlight a specific value if it has increased or decreased with reference to the adjacent column. My hope would be that if the cell changes from the value in the cell to it’s right, then it would be highlighted a specific color.

Hello @ScottP, I have an idea for how to handle this, but I think it would only be handled correctly if all of the dates were within the same column. The suggested route would require a Date column, a column with the currency related to the date, and then utilizing a periodOverPeriodDifference calculated field to check if the previous week is higher or lower than the current week.

Then you can utilize the conditional formatting tool to format your currency column value in relation to whether the periodOverPeriodDifference column is greater than 0, equal to 0, or less than 0. I know this would probably require a change in how you are querying your data, but it is the best route to get the formatting you desire.
