Create a Dataset - Upload a file - Not able to use this option

Hello everyone,

I am trying to create a new dataset using “Upload a file” option, but it is not allowing me to do it.
What can be the reason?
FYI…I am able to use the other datasource option like the S3 etc.

No error message. It does not allow me to select the option “Upload a file”. I have a csv file which i wanted to upload and then create analyses.

Can I confirm if you are using the author and admin user for this operation? If yes, have you tried to sign out and sign in again into the AWS QuickSight console.

Yes, I did. I am using admin but still does not work

I also have this issue, looks like a bug. The option exists but clicking it does nothing, other data sources work fine. I am also an admin.

I found that closing and restarting my browser corrected the issue, may have been an issue on this side as I also had problems importing google sheets.
