In QuickSight, I would like to create multiple user IDs associated with a single email address. I am using the following methodology:
User name: first.last-reader1@agency. gov
Email: first.last+reader1@agency. gov
I am not receiving the invitation email to my agency.gov account from QuickSight to set up a new user account. I’ve tested the email logic with a gmail account and it worked.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi Koushik - yes, we have not yet provisioned user access to customers to access the dashboard. So in the interim, I will create different reports, use a table with parameters to limit access to different users, e.g. reader1, reader2, reader3, etc. , and then schedule those reports to be emailed at the end of each month.
The emails would come to my inbox, and I would then be able to forward the reports along to the end user.

Could you check internally at your end if same email for multiple users would work ? .

If your company has an internal IT team, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team. They’ll open an AWS Support case on your behalf.
If I understand correctly, you would have 3 users and the emails would come to your inbox.
User name: first.last-reader1@agency. gov
Email: first.last+reader1@agency. gov
User name: first.last-reader2@agency. gov
Email: first.last+reader2@agency. gov
User name: first.last-reader3@agency. gov
Email: first.last+reader3@agency. gov
