Duplicate sending

hello team how i shared dataset and dashboard with my team for scheduling but we still receive duplicate receive one from my account and the second from his account ? any solution to this

Use one shared schedule per dashboard with multiple recipients instead of each user creating their own schedule. This prevents duplicate emails.
