There is an internal team escalation wherein it is asked that the user received a dashboard email 4 times on 11th April 2025. After checking the schedule option I couldn’t find any plausible reason to ascertain the true cause for such a trigger.
Can you please help me in understanding why did this happen? Was there a technical glitch?
Scheduled emails were sent to multiple groups - under L7 group mail ids - having a total of 200 analyst as well as some individual leadership.
As for the schedule, i have attached the screenshot for the same,
That’s interesting, I would just double check that the user’s email has not been added to multiple groups or that they don’t have multiple user’s that route to a single email.
If that’s not the case I would have to assume its a bug or something more specific to your account in which case I would recommend opening an AWS support ticket.
