Quicksight Email Schedule

I’ve set up a weekly Email to users from Quicksight Dashboard and it worked ok for a long time. But since this weekend users stop getting email. I’ve tried to press test send button, but report came only to gmail mailbox, users with outlook don’t receive email now. Could you please help, what is happened

Are these users added to the schedule directly or via groups? If using groups, please check if they are still members of the group.
