Scheduled Email not sending to Specific User Email Address

We have scheduled emails setup to run once a week and sent to specific users. Currently i have a dashboard setup, that on a weekly basis, will send out a single page dashboard as a PDF / Image to the users required. I have set this up using the scheduling icon on the Dashboard, filled in the required fields and selected ‘Send to all users with access’, All users are individually shared to the dashboard. This works great and has done for months for all users other than 1 of them, which i cant workout why?

Below is some troubleshooting i have tried myself but had no results from…

  • User has all the same permissions as the other users that work.
  • I have tried creating a brand new dashboard and only sharing to this user.
  • Checked email server to see if it is blocking the email, it is not. It’s not even reaching the mail server. like it isn’t being sent at all?
  • Forwarding the scheduled email that i received to the users account works

Could you please try the below options .

  1. Is email sync enabled and the users are getting auto created in QuickSight with federated email address ?
  2. Its worth to double check the email address and ensure no typo.
  3. Check recipient user’s SPAM folder just to double check and isolate it
  4. If possible ask the user itself to create a schedule and try sending out test email
