Cannot Receive Scheduled Emails from Quiksight

We migrated our mail server from Google to Microsoft. After migration, some Quicksight users cannot receive any email from AWS. Is there any customization or setting on the Quicksight for this problem?

Assuming that you are referring to QuickSight users receiving email dashboard reports, can you double check if those dashboards are shared with them and each of the users have subscribed to receiving email reports as described here - Subscribing to email reports - Amazon QuickSight
