CSV export having the field names exported with the aggregate-labels like Custom, count.,

I have added a field under values with count as aggregate, in a line chart. When I export the visuals to CSV, I am seeing the field with (count) in braces. I think it is better to have an option to show only field name without aggregates in the exported document.

Ex: The column in the exported Document is showing like this:
Total Number of Applications(COUNT)
Number of Applications (CUSTOM)

If we have that option already, Please tell me how can I do that?

Thanks!

Hello @praveen.gp, welcome to the Quick Sight community!

There is not currently functionality for this within the export visual options, so I can mark this as a feature request. Let me know if you have any remaining questions, otherwise I can archive this topic for our support team. Thank you!

Hi @praveen.gp

Thanks @WLS-DM - you are correct.

I have a workaround for this @praveen.gp - if i heard you correct and this is what expected then you can try this.

You can change the name in the Y axis and export the visual to CSV.

SaveName

After -
I got this output after I have changed the name in Y axis -

FYI - After changes it takes a few seconds to reflect.

Thank you,
Shravya

Thanks @shravya. Yes you are right. We can change the title name.

But, here in my case I have three fields in Y-axis which is not showing any Title names for me to edit. could you please try add one/two more fields and edit. It will be great if that works.

@praveen.gp

Yeah, you are correct. We cannot edit multiple title names but we can edit if there are 2 of them (may be we can convert it to dual axis line chart).

I have added another value to the Y axis -

MultipleY-axis

Output -

But ya as @WLS-DM suggested we don’t have a direct built-in functionality.

Thank you,
Shravya

Thank you @WLS-DM @shravya for sharing the info.
It would be great if it is added for the future request.

Thank You!
Praveen
