Dashboard Filters not getting updated

Hi,
Having issues with filter refresh that are on top of the dashboard.
Using Direct Query as the dataset with mapped parameters. The dataset parameters are set on date range with narrow date range as it its .

The dashboard data get updated once mapped parameter dates are changed. Some fields out of that dataset are used filters. The filter values stay connected with default parameter sql run ( query run using dataset parameters), the filter values not getting updated. How to update those filter field-values, any suggestion would be appreciated y

Hi @slakra

When a dashboard uses a Direct Query dataset, the filter and parameter controls cache their value lists. This cache refreshes automatically every 24 hours and isn’t cleared when you adjust dataset parameters, only the visuals re‑query the source. Therefore, parameter values don’t refresh automatically, you must refresh them manually in the control bar for the new dates to appear.
