I am building a report and I want to see advisor call volume (which is in agent schedule and statistics dataset) and i’d also like to see advisor offline time for activity type (which is in scheduled agent time). Is there a way I can display both visuals on the same sheet of my report or do I have to put them on different tabs?
Hi @LParkes
You can display both visuals on the same tab.
If you have common fields between the two datasets then you could also setup filter interactions between the two visuals.
Hi @LParkes,
It’s been awhile since we last heard from you, did you have any additional questions regarding your initial post?
If we do not hear back within the next 3 business days, I’ll close out this topic.
Thank you!
Hi,
Apologies, I have a slightly different scenario if you could possible help?
My report is built using dataset “WFM scheduled agent time” and I have a line graph showing teams tech and non tech issues. Image below:
!
I would like to add to this graph another 2 lines to show advisors working from home and those from office. I can see that this information is in “Location” which is under the dataset “WFM scheduled agent days”
When I click on my current graph (pictured) and go to add in location, it reverts me back to the agent time dataset.
If I want a graph to show the home vs office, do I need to do this on a separate graph?
Many thanks!
Hi @LParkes,
Yes, you would need to separate visuals. Unfortunately, QuickSight does not allow a visual to be built off of more than one dataset. To build a visual that incorporates information from 2 datasets, you would need to perform a join on those datasets, which may not be applicable based on the included fields and if there is one that matches up identically.
You can find additional information regarding table joins at the link below:
