Does embedding dashboard into webpage require session capacity pricing, if making public?

Hi all,

I am trying to embed a quicksight dashboard into a webpage that will be made public to the internet. However, from my research, it seems that I require session capacity pricing for this to happen. This restriction applies to both the iframe method, and the quicksight API method. My question is, is there any way to bypass this restriction? Will I need to get session capacity pricing, in order for my visualization to be shared publicly on a webpage?

At this time, one of the prerequisites for public embedding is session capacity pricing.
