Hi,
When defining drop down control on filter, all values are selected. When I want to filter on specific values, I have to unclick All option which effects No data in the relevant visual and only then clicking the required valus.
Is there away to skip the No data stage and instantly retrieve the visuals with the required values?

Currently QuickSight does not support Manual refresh/update of visuals . Would suggest to create Bookmark which will help readers to save their filters/control choices. And readers can refresh visuals based on the bookmark configuration. Please refer to the documentation for the detail steps .
