I have a dashboard with a parameter called “Sites”, it’s a dropdown list for all sites where users can select a single item only. Is there any way when setting up the schedule for emailing, the parameter that I have selected is the only value to be sent and appeared on the PDF attachment. and same when you create another schedule for same report but with different parameter value. Does anyone know on how to achieve this scenario? Thanks

Currently, there is not an option in the scheduling that allows you to set a default parameter per schedule. I believe that the best work around for this would be to setup a filter for that parameter to only show one specific ‘site’ value instead of using a control for it. This may be a bit tedious though based on how often your sending the emails and how many values there are in your parameter.
