Hi Experts,
Unable to save and publish dataset An unknown error has occurred.
& showing something went wrong when i add any tables to existing Dataset

Kindly tell me the exact reason

Hi @ArnaJi88 - Couple of things please check.

  1. Are you a reader or author? Ideally author has the privilege to create and publish the data sets.
  2. Check whether you have the permission to the data sets. If the permission is not there, please request the owner of the data set to share the data set to you.

Hi Sanjeeb,
I am Admin & I only created the dataset long back , when I opened this dataset to reuse for another new analysis it is creating this issue. why this issue is occurring now?

Hi @ArnaJi88 - Ok, can you please give the screenshot of the error. Also check whether the data source that is connected to data set is working or not. You can edit the data set and see some sample data to ensure the connectivity with data source is fine and the dataset data is available in preview option.

Hi Sanjeeb,
I fixed the issue, issue was Data size was huge & my internet connectivity was poor so data was not loading properly so it was throwing that error.
I have switched to another Wifi Connection & Now its fixed.
