Error refreshing knowledge base: Authentication failed due to invalid or expired credentials

I am getting an error after several weeks how refreshing with no issues, since 1.10.2026 it fails due to:

Access_Denied - Authentication failed due to invalid or expired credentials.

It doesn’t show actions to take or what to review.

Anyone know how to fix this?

I actually was able to fix it by reloading the integration to one drive in the knowledge base edit option
