Export to Excel / CSV Limit

Hi, users of our QS based app are trying to export data to excel/CSV, When trying to export to CSV the max length in rows is 20,000, is this a hard limit or how do i allow our users to export longer files. i have seen similar asks but haven’t found a valid answer yet. anyone know if there is an answer to this ?

Example, 20000 rows with header lines.
