Could you add out of the box functionality for admins to easily report usage for dashboards as well as individual views within a dashboard? This is only currently possible using cloud trail logs, which requires significant technical expertise and time to develop, and not all admins, team leads, and authors of dashboards can easily do this.
Ideally, reporting should exist within the Quicksight tool to provide an out of the box dashboard on Quicksight usage, including number of views, number of viewers, and most recent view, for each dashboard or dashboard view, with a filter for date range.
I’m aware of the cloud formation solution, but I’m explicitly asking for an out of the box solution which you don’t need to be an admin to access. Something which anyone who develops or manages QS dashboards can use and share with stakeholders. Please don’t close simply referring me to the CF solution, like you did my last request.
