I am working on paginated report as I need to send the report to my users but my users also want to login to quicksight and play with the report. The question I have is that how can I add filters on top of the report in control section so that my users can select what they want.
Choosing normal report does not export the entire detail data which I have populated in table visual. It just gives the snapshot?
Any suggestion?

If you are wanting to keep the features available in the paginated report but also provide some reporting that contains more user interactivity like filters and navigation actions, you can build out a few extra sheets containing some of the visuals you have in the paginated report. This will allow you to add the filter controls to the sheet and provide more information than what is in the paginated report.
This will allow users to have access to all of the features you are looking for. Since the paginated report is basically a static document meant for things like printing to a PDF, the only filtering capabilities are linked to Row Level Security.
