Filter Values (# of Weeks) not displaying completely in Published dashbaord

Hello,

I Have a filter with week number for dashboard. the filter for week number displays complete values till last week in filter on analysis page and in graphs, but when i published this dashboard its only display in filter till week no 29, but in graph I can see till last week
I cannot select or unselect values with in filter on published dashboard
But I can do it on analysis page
I tried with removing and adding filter and different ways of creating control but nothing is working around

This seems like a bug to me, especially if you can’t even select/unselect any of the values..I’ve never encountered behavior like this from a control before.

I would suggest filing a support ticket so that you can get more direct account support from the AWS team.

This may be a silly question but have you re-published your dashboard? Just confirming that you may not be looking at an old version by accident.

Yeah I did it many times as I know this can also solved the problem, even I tried to removing and adding filter as well many times with different input method of week

I have created a case (but with billing and account type), when I was selecting technical its asking for complete AWS Account with credit card. which ‘I dont have because I am using Amazon general account.
may be can you guide me on this if its a correct way of creating a case or?
