Message I’m receiving. Can someone assist?

Hello @Alexis_Parson !

Have you tried the steps outlined in that link to the AWS documentation and still ran into the problem?

I would also recommend following the steps outlined here:

For some reason my root account with my amazon email is disabled. I can’t access the console

@Alexis_Parson if you are not the admin for your AWS account, I would make sure that the person who is the admin grants you the necessary access.

If the above article doesn’t help, I would recommend filing a case with AWS Support where they can dive into the details to help you further. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf.

I hope this helps!

Hey @Alexis_Parson, were you able to get this issue resolved with the article I linked or by creating a support ticket?

Hey @Alexis_Parson I’m going to mark my prior message as a solution, but if you need more help feel free to reach out!

Hi did you find the actual fix for this. As I have a similar issue for RDS I cant find a fix.

Many thanks
