Hi Biswajit, I have a metric dashboard and my requirement is to export dashboard view as a report in excel with same formating like colors and all additionally I will need to put some numbers mannuly into it to generate report

Hi @mjdhav, Thanx for sharing in details but in QuickSight this things is not possible when you export the visual view in terms of Excel or CSV . The format is not exporting only the data is export as a simple rows and columns as like simple excel sheets.

Yes @mjdhav we can add the manual details by using the Text visual types in QuickSight.

This is the simple added text box for your understanding you can add any text type in Text box so that when you are exporting the dashboard as pdf then you can show this manually added visual.

Hi @mjdhav, yes we can do this by using calculated field in QuickSight and put the calculated field column into the Pivot chart.

PFB the calculated field and the pivot chart details.

Yes we can add more custom details with IFELSE condition statements .

thanks Biswa …as highlighted I have added custom population number for week 1 and week 2 using Cal field, by doing avg of it 50000 and 60000 but its again gieving me average of all population in weeksi want sum og it in YTD details

Hello Can anyone help me how can i get sum in total for all weeks i=for population whereas in seperate weeks i am taking average of values
