Getting "Something went wrong" error since yesterday

I have been getting error message in every chat/agent since yesterday. I have tried refreshing, clearing cache, restarting but nothing works. Its across all agents/existing chat/new chat.

I’d recommend checking the AWS Health Dashboard to see if there’s an active event for Amazon Quick in us-east-1. If nothing shows there, I’d open an AWS Support ticket (here is the link: Case management - AWS Support) and include the request Id and timestamp from your error, that’ll help them trace the issue on the backend. Also, I think it would be worth asking teammates if they’re seeing the same thing or if this is just on your account.
