Grand Total not showing on Excel Import of Quicksight Dashboard

I have prepared a pivot table and added Subtotals and Grand total of rows option into it. The Analysis and Dashboard shows Subtotals and Grand Totals. But when downloaded to excel file via Export to Excel, then there is only subtotals but Grand Total is Missing. The Row for Total is present in the downloaded excel file but the values are all blank.
I have tried -

  1. Adding and removing Grand Total and subtotal
  2. Removing fields and creating new fields
  3. Checked and Unchecked Pin totals option

First of all Welcome to the QuickSight Community. I tried using my Pivot visual containing subtotal as well as grand total for both Rows and columns but could not reproduce the issue.
For me it works as expected.

Please check if the export from Analysis and Dashboard has the same behaviour for you.
If it does not work in both the cases then I would recommend to reach out to AWS support.
Here are the steps for opening a support ticket - Creating support cases and case management - AWS Support . If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf
