Hiding Selected Pivot-Table Value Columns Generated

Hello All

I’m looking for a way to reformat the pivot-table below so that the columns highlighted in red, and the row in purple, are hidden.

The columns are generated by way of a calculated field and I want to keep the data visible under the ‘Years Subtotal’ headers.

Thanks!

Hello Alex,

Have you tried checking - Showing and hiding pivot table columns in Amazon QuickSight - Amazon QuickSight

Hope this helps.

Cheers,
Deep

Hi Deep

Thanks for the link. Unfortunately I can’t hide these columns as I need to keep the data visible in the subtotal/total columns.

Thanks

Alex

Hello @hopeah and @Deep !

@hopeah i don’t believe you will be able to achieve this via the UI.

As a workaround you could create a calculated field for your totals column in the pivot table that consists of each of the fields that you want to hide.
