Horizontal stacked 100% bar chart

I would like to include absolute values in a Horizontal stacked 100% bar chart, so that when the user interacts, they can pass the mouse over the bar and see the value. Is this possible?

This should be possible by utilizing the detailed tooltip option when customizing your visual. You are able to put various calculated field that could show the actual value in comparison to the percent value.
