How can I deactivate Q

Hi,
I want to deactivate Q and for that, I have deleted all topics also I don’t have any Pro users but still, it shows Active like below:


How can I deactivate Q?

In addition to what Demola has suggested. I guess you are referring to Amazon Q for GenBI. when did you delete the topic and Pro users ? If i am not mistaken even if you remove all topics and pro users the change remains in effect until the end of the subscription billing cycle provided that the deletion happened in middle of the month.

If you are still being charged post the billing cycle, I would recommend filing a case with AWS Support. Here are the steps to open a support case.

According to the document that you sent there is a step like this:
Choose Your subscriptions at left.
But I can’t see this option when I go to Quicksight (below picture). I am an admin user.

Thank you for letting us know. I would recommend filing a case with AWS Support/Billing where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!
